1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Enquiry and booking details — name, email, phone, organisation, preferred date and time, purpose of enquiry and your message.
• Newsletter details — the email address, and name where provided.
• Resource downloads — the email address supplied to access a toolkit, guide or template.
• Technical data — standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed and approximate region, used only in aggregate.

3. How we use it

Information is used to respond to your enquiry, schedule and deliver programs, send the resource you requested, and — only where you opted in — share occasional practitioner insights. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal basis

We process enquiry and booking data to take steps at your request prior to entering an engagement, and newsletter data on the basis of your consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Information is shared only with service providers that host this website, store our database and deliver our email — each bound by contractual confidentiality — or where disclosure is required by law.

6. Coaching confidentiality

Coaching session content is strictly confidential and is never shared with a sponsoring organisation. Where an organisation sponsors coaching, only pre-agreed themes and progress against goals are reported, and never verbatim discussion.

7. Retention

Enquiry and booking records are retained for up to 36 months to support ongoing client relationships. Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe. Records may be kept longer where required for tax, accounting or legal purposes.

8. Security

Data is stored in a managed database with access controls, encrypted transport and role-based permissions. Access is limited to authorised team members who need it to respond to you.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to marketing communication at any time. Write to connect@pushpalatachaurey.com and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Cookies

This website uses only cookies and local storage necessary for site function and, where applicable, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies are set.

11. Children

School programs are commissioned by institutions. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through this website; student data is handled by the commissioning institution under its own policy.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
